I can't fix the proxy server error in Hisuite Proxy

Hi there,
I have tried multiple times to downgrade my Huawei MatePad T8 's EMUI 10.1.155 to EMUI 10.0
I have tried multiple methods until I stumbled upon the HiSuite Proxy Method.
The current problem that I'm facing is that I am unable to go past the firewall (As said by the HiSuite Proxy application)
I have switched OFF the Windows Defender as well as the Windows Firewall. I have even excluded the program from Windows
Defender as well as in Windows Firewall. But still, I can't go past the issue. Please help me out as without google apps, the Tab is very much frustrating to use. I will state the error report below. Thanking you in advance.

Hi, open command prompt and type the command
netstat -a -b

check which application is using port 7777 then close it from task manager, if you're using an Asus laptop, most probably
"ArmouryCrateControlInterface.exe" is using port 7777, close it when HiSuite Proxy is open and you're good to go.
