On a slightly curved interchange, the routing preferes motorway_link instead of motorway. The _link is approximatly 10m shorter and has the same max_speed.

have: http://osrm.at/ave
want: http://osrm.at/avg

Similar, but half of the motorway has no speed_limit.

To fix this, we would need penalties for taking highway exists. I think there is no easy way to reflect this in the profile yet. Might be something for future versions.
