I have an existing VB Azure Cloud website. Your super easy deployment scripts seem to be all about creating a new webstie and sql database. I already have all that. I want to add WordPress to the current project. I have seen "just use FTP" but that assumes some familiarization with the tools. Is there a more detailed guide on how to deploy to an existing project?

So this is a web project you have in Visual Studio? Are you intending to run WP in a subfolder of the site?

So two approaches. First, you could create the subfolder via an FTP client, upload PN, and then set your VS deployment to not delete extra files in the site.

Second, create the folder in your VS project, copy PN into it, make sure to add all of the files into the project (turn on View All Files to find them). Actually, might be easier to create the folder and copy the files within the project via Explorer, then when you View All Files in VS you can add the folder itself, which should then add the files inside.

You would need to create the necessary web.config within that folder as well.
