Descriptive naming of document routes

Document route names follow POSIX conventions for command line file management; ls for listing documents, for example. This can be confusing for users without familiarity in that convention -- likely most of our users. Proposed renaming:

• ls → list
• cp → upload
• rm → remove
• stat → info
