This pull request introduces a database seeding migration to the main branch of the ProjectTech4DevAI/ai-platform repository. The changes are made in the backend/app/alembic/versions/77dc462dc6b0_seed_organization_table.py file. The migration script is designed to create initial data for organizations, projects, and users using Alembic. It also includes functions to seed the data and to clean it up if necessary.
