  1. Added proper Rips expansion for fMRI analysis tool

    Pseudomanifold committed Jan 7, 2020
  2. Fixed adjacency matrix indexing issues

    Pseudomanifold committed Jan 7, 2020
The indexing procedure was incorrect---it did not allocate indices
corresponding to a square matrix but indices with an offset. Thus,
the corresponding simplicial complex could not be expanded. Such a
problem might have also caused additional persistence problems, so
I am quite happy to have found it in time.

  1. Added distance-based graph transformation

    Pseudomanifold committed Jan 3, 2020
This mimics a correlation-based distance calculation. The resulting
persistence diagrams are smaller than the union diagrams. This tool
is following the 'spirit' of persistent homology more closely now.
  2. Updated list of contributors

    Pseudomanifold committed Jan 3, 2020
  3. Fixed output format

    Pseudomanifold committed Jan 3, 2020
  4. Implemented proper filtration reversal for fMRI data analysis tool

    Pseudomanifold committed Jan 3, 2020
Two filtrations will now be calculated 'side-by-side', making it
possible to store a *single* collection of persistence diagrams.
  5. Added proper persistence diagram collection access operator

    Pseudomanifold committed Jan 3, 2020
The diagrams can now be stored in any format, thus concluding the output
section of this tool. Now I have to code the *other* filtration.
  6. Improved persistence diagram processing

    Pseudomanifold committed Jan 3, 2020
The diagrams are now returned and extended to the desired
dimensionality. While the code does not yet ensure that a
sequence of contiguous diagrams is returned, it *will* do
a small check to alert users if that is not the case.
  7. Preparing class for persistence diagram collection

    Pseudomanifold committed Jan 3, 2020
Require this to automatically perform merges without having to account
for different cardinalities and other issues.

  1. Simplified processing files

    Pseudomanifold committed Jan 2, 2020
I require this function to handle reverse filtrations as well because
this will make it easier to handle the conversion. Nevertheless, this
is not quite what I require here---the result of the function is used
as a persistence diagram later; it must not be a JSON.
You can’t perform that action at this time.
