NO_EAT was apparently the cause of the worldgen crashes. This should fix them.

- Reworked Legendary Super Saiyan -- now goes through wrath state, then unlocks super saiyan, then legendary, then Legendary Super Saiyan 2, based on Super's Broly and Kale.
- Updated the ki curve to be a bit flatter--still doesn't take long for Super Saiyan, but overall it's easier to grok. Essentially: once you're at 20000 power level, you'll climb a LOT, and you're actually 1/3 of the way to Super Saiyan.
1.3.5 - The little things
Made Freeza race transform from base rather than always be in final form, allowed adventurers to hold back, uh, some other stuff, I don't quite remember.
1.3.4 - Super Saiyan complication
I made super saiyans more interesting in their growth. They get a lot more result from training, now, and the usefulness of the transformation will diminish as base goes up without training.

0.44 1.3.1 - Half a Raditz
Made very early ki growth linear. This makes the lower bound on ki growth much lower--most of your average citizenry are going to be in the 500s range rather than all having exactly 2250. This also makes early ki growth much faster and more satisfying--the exponential style was actually slower than linear up until 12000 or so, and that's the point where it switches to exponential growth in this update.
Also updated Zenkai. Rather than using weird checks to determine if still in combat and checking blood levels, it just adds a boost for each wound accrued and applies all boosts once out of combat.
Rebalanced late-game (post-Super Saiyan) transformations and events. My last testing had Whis show up by the end of year 3--this is way too early. Now, Super Saiyan will be gained much faster (end of year 2 at the latest, if training enough), but Super Saiyan 2 and beyond take much more training. Becoming a god will take 10 years without a lot of lucky zenkai boosts--a reasonable length of time for a saiyan fort, in my opinion.
