doc: Add examples for frozenset and tuple settings #1822

This merge request adds examples for frozen sets and tuple settings for .isort.cfg and pyproject.toml .

Sorry for the delay in merging this! The reality is, that this is produced by a script, so I've had to take your updates and move them into the script. I'm going to merge this and see if the same results are produced

I completely missed that there's a script handling that.

Is it build_config_option_docs.py that I should have edited ?
