Unable to install pep8 #122

Greetings, I am fairly new with python, tried to install pep8, but no joy. I installed in another Win7 PCs without issues. Any help appreciated, thanks...

Win7 Command console:

C:\Users\tnewton\Desktop>pip

It seems it's not an issue with pep8, but with PyPI.
I suggest you check your configuration and try again.

PyPi was going down for maintenance or migration a few days ago (I honestly don't recall which) had tried to make it well known to try and use mirrors on that day. Try it now?
