e.g.

$ pydocstyle --version
2.0.0
$ pydocstyle --select "D400,E321" BioSQL
BioSQL/__init__.py:1 at module level:
        D400: First line should end with a period (not 'L')
BioSQL/BioSeqDatabase.py:344 in public class `Adaptor`:
        D400: First line should end with a period (not 'r')
BioSQL/BioSeqDatabase.py:483 in public method `execute_one`:
        D400: First line should end with a period (not 'd')
BioSQL/BioSeqDatabase.py:529 in public class `MysqlConnectorAdaptor`:
        D400: First line should end with a period (not 'e')
BioSQL/Loader.py:1053 in private method `_get_dbxref_id`:
        D400: First line should end with a period (not 't')
BioSQL/Loader.py:1075 in private method `_get_seqfeature_dbxref`:
        D400: First line should end with a period (not 'd')
BioSQL/Loader.py:1092 in private method `_add_seqfeature_dbxref`:
        D400: First line should end with a period (not 'd')

Given there is (currently) no E321 defined, I would expect this to give an error.

Use-case: Accidentally using an older version of pydocstyle and you want to test an issue only added to recent versions of pydocstyle

Use-case: There is a typo in the user's command line or configuration, and this is silently overlooked.
