The next version of pydocstyle will support Python 3.4+ only. Support for PyPy3 should also be added to the next release in a different PR.

This PR only removes Python 2.7 from the docs and CI tools - the actual refactoring of the source code will happen over time (removing six, using Python 3 features, etc.)
