Add a new third party panel for Redis. See #110.

I don't think a Redis panel is possible right now. The redis-py package doesn't have any logging at all, so it's impossible to inspect or visualize.

IIRC, the functionality was merged in 2011 but then stripped because of performance issues.

There may be (likely are) some other tickets related to this, but the source still doesn't have anything.

I started work on a general purpose Redis logging library that would wrap the connection and log all the actions, but never had time to finish it. My idea was to run that class in Development, and the normal Redis in production. I think that is the only way to handle this. In any event, this will require a large effort..
