    Merge branch 'fix/exc.py'

    This adds a change to stop WebOb from reading the entire `app_iter` when
    using the WebOb HTTP Exceptions.

    Closes #259

    Replace checking self.body with self.has_body

    self.body has the side-effect of attempting to read the entire iterable
    (if it exists), which is not a very nice thing to do. has_body will
    instead simply return True or false without that nasty side effect.

  1. Adds Reponse.has_body.

    Purpose of this property is to allow users to check if the Response has
    a body without forcing an evaulation of the underlying app_iter.
    This is handy if you wan't to create a streaming response where the
    app_iter itself is lazy (i.e. streams data over a socket) or the app_iter
    can only read once.

    …rojects

    As per [their blog post of the 27th April](https://blog.readthedocs.com/securing-subdomains/) ‘Securing subdomains’:

    > Starting today, Read the Docs will start hosting projects from subdomains on the domain readthedocs.io, instead of on readthedocs.org. This change addresses some security concerns around site cookies while hosting user generated data on the same domain as our dashboard.

    Test Plan: Manually visited all the links I’ve modified.

    Split on first two whitespaces in Response.from_file

    This fixes #250 by not attempting to split the entire string. This is
