It should be somehow filtered. Ex it is senseless to run Firefox in netvm...
Maybe some whitelist in VM config dir?

As we now have this tray icon support, and also after we complete #137, I think there will be no need for also having all the appmenus for netvm/proxyvm. The saavy user would always be able to start them via qvm-run.
