Plymouth is able to display messages to the user during boot.
It is used by qubes_setupdvm script to inform user that one needs to wait.

/usr/bin/plymouth message --text="$MSG"

This does not work.

It works when tested manually on init 3.

As we decided not to generate savefile during boot (#150), this ticket no longer applies.
