ABI was just changed as part of #1324 but may be changed again. To prevent constant changing SO name, do it once, just before R3.1-rc1 release.

This is critically important, otherwise upgrade may totally break all filecopy utilities.

Actually this isn't needed as long as only new functions were introduced. Only proper package dependencies are needed.
