HVM creashes on host suspend #1417

Stubdomain isn't paused, which leads to its crash.

Suspend stubdomain of HVM while suspending the actual VM 
Otherwise stubdomain would crash, if the host was suspended in the
meantime.

Fixes QubesOS/qubes-issues#1417
