Tag Key for qubes-vmm-xen-win-pvdrivers missing from dev keys #1484

Executing Qubes builder scripts fails during fetching sources from the git qubes-vmm-xen-windows-pvdrives because the git is tagged by Rafal Wojdyla, whose key is not included in the qubes-developers-keys.

  1. Change signing key used on git
  2. Include Rafal key in the qubes-developers-keys
