We should generate uuid ourselves (currently done) and immediately store it in qubes.xml (not done). Failure to do so results in unstartable domains.

Fix for UUID management 
This fixes up 75c3f35 "qubes/vm/qubesvm: fix domain's UUID management".

Previously 'domain-init' was never really fired.
