I think we should still leave some basic packages (such as ping and wget) and allow the (advanced) user to sometimes install/update some packages via yum and/or wget and rpm. This all after doing qvm-dom0-networking-via-netvm (which should also stay).

Perhaps we should leave network packages as is and only limit networking in dom0 by #7?

Still, we should remove some networking packages, like e.g. sendmail, network manager, samba, etc... I will try to do that when building the next pre iso.
