This is probably some problem with Anaconda. In practice it is not serious -- it's just inelegant. And more advanced users can always choose "Custom" and create their own disk layout... Moving this to Beta 2.

It probably just want to leave the original /boot that was there before. But that's not what the "Use All Space" option is about!
