Windows HVM with tools installed and QubesOSManager GUI different states #1866

Hi,

after installing the qubes-windows-tools the HVM will run in seemless-mode even if the GUI of QubesOS Manager says it shouldn't. I guess some state is not being synchronized here. If the HVM GUI is automatically set to seemless-GUI after installation of qubes-windows-tools the QubesOS Manager GUI should also show this information in the VM settings.

I could reproduze this bug each and every time. First when installing Windows 7 the GUI is not seamless and after installation it's being set to seemless-mode. Perhaps also the seemless-mode is being set already on creation time, but couldn't be executed as no tools were installed before.
