Avoid target="_blank" links

It's generally considered a best practice to avoid target="_blank" links because such links take control away from the user. Rather than user being allowed to decide whether to open a link in the current window/tab or a new window/tab, target="_blank" eliminates the former option, forcing the link to be opened in a new window/tab.

I've noticed that almost all of the external links on the Qubes website use target="_blank". I recommend abandoning this practice.
