Currently, the whole USB controller must be assigned to the VM (usually sys-net).

Possible places to document this:

By default sys-usb is created as NetVM, so it is possible to switch
sys-firewall to be connected to sys-usb. Enabling network manager there
will be useful (go to "services" tab of sys-usb).
