Fedora's liveusb-creator doesn't like our ISO :( #201

It would be nice if people could take our ISO and "burn" it into a USB stick. The popular tool for doing this is called liveusb-creator on Fedora. For some reason, however, it refuses to use our ISO, claiming it's not a Live CD ISO. But at the same time it happily takes the Fedora DVD ISO...?

We don't have LiveCD system image on out installation DVD. Only Installer system. This is how we currently build it.

I tried building the ISO with Live image anabled, but it crashes very strange:

Exception <class 'sqlite3.OperationalError'>: unable to open database file

during package installation. So far I couldn't trace the source of the problem.

Perhaps a better way would be to fix Anaconda to work with 'isohybrid' image type. This way we could provide only one installation ISO image, and putting it on USB would be as easy as: dd_rescue Qubes.iso /dev/sdb

Eh, we currently have a working solution anyway:

https://wiki.qubes-os.org/trac/wiki/UsbInstallation

and we really don't have time to poke around this. So, closing.
