Newly installed fedora-23-minimal template fails to connect to qmemman

I installed fedora-23-minimal from the repos. The following error message appears toward the end of the installation process:

When I try to start the template, I get the same error message (in the KDE tray notifier):

Removing the template (with yum remove) and re-installing it results in the same error.

I think qmemman crash is unrelated to template installation itself. Check journalctl -b -u qubes-qmemman for details.

And to fix, restart that service.
