Qubes OS version (e.g., R3.1):

R3.0, R3.1, R3.2

Expected behavior:

Uninstalling template removes all its traces.

Actual behavior:

libvirt domain isn't removed, preventing usage of its name (UUID conflict)

Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Remove template rpm
  2. Rename other template to the name of just removed one

General notes:

Original report: https://groups.google.com/d/msgid/qubes-users/1036918926.59131.1466791472151%40localhost

Workaround: virsh -c xen:/// undefine removed-template-name
