This require reprepro new enough to deal with it. Currently repository metadata
is created using reprepro from jessie.

When: after Debian stretch will be released.

Ignore *-dbgsym packages for now 
reprepro in jessie does not support it yet. So ignore it completely for
now to avoid update repo failure.
