It would be sad if PVH guests could still ask the hypervisor to perform various (dangerous) memory operations on their pagetables. Obviously the whole point of using SLAT is to eliminate the need for this, but, just to be on the safe side, lets double check a PVH guest cannot abuse such an interface.
