Support audio-input to VM

Support for connecting ex microphone to VM. Ex for skype.

This depend also on commits in core repo, namely:

I will add appropriate Requires: when new core will be released.

Sound-input can be enabled/disabled using kmix or pavucontrol. Qubes manager should be extended to have control on it, but this is outside of this ticket scope.
