add tour to footer of website #2366

the great Qubes video tour is in the header of the website but not included in the footer. I'm not sure where in the qubesos.github.io repo the footer content is located, but the video tour should be included in it. In the footer:

  • Video Introduction
  • Screenshots
  • Research
  • Architecture
