no network connectivity in DispVM #247

In DispVM, eth0 looks fine, but firewallVM does not pass packets.

While we are at it -- can we add a switch to start a DispVM _without_networking (no net attach)? This would be useful in some scenarios (e.g. starting a DispVM for handling gpg -d of some untrusted file -- even if the file is about to exploit my gpg, it would be hard for the exploit to leak away my priv key.
