Create a page listing all post categories
Turn each mention of a category into a link to that category on the aforementioned page
Turn each author's name into a link to that author's entry on the Team page (if applicable)

      Improve News page layout

* Use full column width
* Add button to view all news entries by category
* Minor: Remove vestigial "black-icon" class from RSS button
