QWT 3.2.2.2 installation breaks with error #2753 #2568

Qubes OS version (e.g., R3.2):

R3.2

Affected TemplateVMs (e.g., fedora-23, if applicable):

HWM Template Windows 7
QWT 3.2.2.2


Actual behavior:

Could not to install QWT without moving user profile. When I make this feature unavailable during installation wizard I get error with code 2753

Steps to reproduce the behavior:

Hi,
QWT installer wizard allow to configure install option, in particular "Move user profile to private image disk" (or smth like that). Default value is "Enabled", but it will be nice to disable it. In previous versions all works fine, but now installation process breaks with error 2753.
