This is followup task from #1244 to actually make use of mechanism implemented there. List of components to check/fix:

  • app-linux-img-converter
  • app-linux-input-proxy
  • app-linux-pdf-converter
  • app-linux-split-gpg
  • app-linux-tor
  • app-thunderbird
  • core-agent-linux
  • core-qubesdb
  • core-vchan-xen
  • installer-qubes-os
  • mgmt-salt
  • qubes-app-salt-config
  • vmm-xen
  • gui-agent-linux

In most cases just removing SOURCE_COPY_IN := source-debian-quilt-copy-in and related code from Makefile.builder should be enough. But there are more tricky cases (vmm-xen for example).
