VM loop devices available in block device attach/detach menu #2779

Qubes OS version (e.g., R3.2):

R3.2

This was fixed a long time ago, but it appears to have regressed. After following the instructions here, starting a VM whose directory is on a secondary drive will cause that VM's loop devices to display in the Qubes Manager "attach/detach block device menu" for other VMs.
