Add Appmenus: display a message to the user that apps will apear after some delay

Normally, at least for KDE, there is a huge delay (some 15-30sec) between when we do update of the appmenus (e.g. via xdg-desktop-menu forceupdate) and when the appmenus actually appear in the menus. So, when a user opens up our shiny new menu-adding-window we should inform the user that it would take some time for apps to appear, so that the user doesn't panic in the meantime. Perhaps the best way would be to display some tray balloon text (like we do with e.g. shuttind down VMs).
