@johnandrewny Why don't you begin with collecting text (and their links) from qubes mailing lists about that topic and post it here in one blob.
Then other helpful people can write a documentation about. =]

FAQ
Expected behavior: Information about nested VMs and if is possible with Qubes VM Manager on FAQ or DOCs
Actual behavior: There is no information about nested VMs on Qubes XEN
Steps to reproduce the behavior: Search about nested VMs on FAQ or DOCs
