Qubes OS version (e.g., R3.2): R4.0

Menu entries for VM applications do not have icons.

This applies to test image Qubes-DVD-x86_64-20170706.iso

Fix application icons generation 
The main fix is forcing map object to list, for 'in' operator to work.
But while at it, simplify file names handling a little.
