Qubes OS version (e.g., R3.2): R4.0

Disposable VM startup from a VM (qvm-open-in-dvm for example) results in Request refused message.

Dom0 logs contains:

StoragePoolException("snap_on_start specified on 'private' but no volume source set",) while calling src=b'dom0' meth=b'internal.vm.Create.DispVM' dest=b'fedora-25-dvm' arg=b'' len(untrusted_payload)=0

This applies to test image Qubes-DVD-x86_64-20170706.iso

vm/dispvm: convert DispVM related function to coroutines 
Some functions used there (create_on_disk, remove_from_disk, kill) are
coroutines, so callers needs to be too.

Fixes QubesOS/qubes-issues#2896
