In #2928, I created a layout for unverified translations. It adds the following warning to the top of every documentation page that uses the layout:

Caution: This page is an unverified translation. The Qubes OS Project cannot evaluate the accuracy of translations into languages that our team cannot read.

However, this warning will not be very useful if it's displayed in English at the top of every non-English page. We should arrange to have this warning translated into other languages (at least each language for which it would make sense for such a warning to appear).
