All icons on taskbar have reverted to the padlock R4.0-rc1

Expected behavior: Different apps (firefox, terminal, nautilus etc) represented by their own icon

Actual behavior: padlock icon used for all

General notes: I assume this is just temporary? Hard to find apps when all have same icon.
