Starting "konsole" or other KDE apps from menu does not work #3092

Qubes OS version (e.g., R3.2):

R4.0

Affected TemplateVMs (e.g., fedora-23, if applicable):

whonix-ws, probably others too

Expected behavior:

Launching "konsole" from menu works

Actual behavior:

Nothing happens. The commend referenced in Exec= of desktop file:

qvm-run -q -a --service -- anon-whonix qubes.StartApp+konsole

After changing -q to -p, I've got this error:

applications/konsole.desktop not found in /home/user/.local/share:/usr/local/share:/usr/share

Steps to reproduce the behavior:

Menu -> Domain: anon-whonix -> anon-whonix: konsole

It happens because those apps are in /usr/share/applications/kde4, but qubes.StartApp service does not search recursively.

Look for applications also in subdirectories of .../applications 
This is especially needed for KDE applications, which live in
/usr/share/applications/kde4.
