Steps to reproduce the behavior:

sudo qubesctl service.enable hageved

Expected behavior:

Service haveged got enabled.

Actual behavior:

The call fails with:

[ERROR   ] Command '/sbin/chkconfig --add haveged' failed with return code: 1
[ERROR   ] output: error reading information on service haveged: No such file or directory
[ERROR   ] Unable to add initscript "haveged" to chkconfig
local:
    False

General notes:

This is because old rh_service got loaded, instead of systemd.
