Qubes OS version (e.g.,
R3.2): R4.0In new qubes-manager (domain tray icon) there is no "clone VM" action. Logically it should be somewhere in the applications menu like other actions (create VM, settings). IMO the most logical (and simple) thing to do, is to add a button to VM settings.
