(ntfs) block devices suddenly all mounted ro in dom0 and VMs (r4.0-rc1) #3202

Qubes OS version:

r4.0-rc1, fully up to date

Affected TemplateVMs:

any

Steps to reproduce the behavior:

mount a block device using 'qvm-block a vmname dom0:sdX', then mount/open the block device.

Expected behavior:

mount, write to it.

Actual behavior:

mounted ro, even though 'qvm-block' lists it as not mounted ro.

and now it's working again, with no apparent changes whatsoever. closing for now.
