dom0: "disabling irq 17" #328

I get the abovementioned message in dom0 dmesg during bootup sometimes. Then sometimes X hangs, or at least does not accept keyboard/mouse input; if not, I can see in /proc/interrupts e.g. 400001 occurences of this interrupt. This irq is used by uhci_hcd:usb4.
Happens regularly in beta2 pre5. Never in beta1.

This seems to be a dup of #325 (is solved by the same workaround).
