When using USBVM it's not possible to install AEM to USB using sudo anti-evil-maid-install since it expects the block device in dom0. And once using USBVM it's not possible to to attach the USB block device to dom0.

Please add a feature to AEM so it can be installed to a block device attached to a VM.
