General notes:
trying to attach usb microphone ( blue yeti ) to a vm via command line. I am using i3 as a window manager and I cannot figure out how to start the "device manager" that lists disks/mics I can use it fine on xfce to attach my mic to the vm but not in i3. So i tried using the cli version instead which appearently fails.
Any suggestions appreciated :)
