Qubes OS version:

`R3.2'

Affected TemplateVMs:

custom-template fedora-26-ext-fordvm-dvm

Steps to reproduce the behavior:

I've had a problem with no more space on my device left during my transition to fedora-26 of all my template.
So I've free up some space .
Apparently only the dvm where damaged in some way since it wasn't listed in qubes manager.
I've deleted the line in qubes.xml which was still present at the time even if it was not in qubes manager.
I've deleted the folder in /var/lib/qubes/appvms
I've deleted the symbolic links in /var/lib/qubes/dvmdata
I've relaunch a creation "qvm-create-default-dvm fedora-26-ext-fordvm" => no error message

Expected behavior:

It should be a line in my qubesVM Manager with a grey icon

Actual behavior:

there is no such thing listed.
